General Information
Exhibit Location: Beveridge Arts Centre (B.A.C), Acadia University.
Setup Time: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Friday.
Display Times: Friday 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
Tear Down: Saturday at 3 PM.
Security Personnel will patrol the exhibit area when exhibits are closed on Saturday.
The registration form and payment must be submitted together No Exceptions.
Early Bird Registration Date is April 30th, all registrations after April 30th are subject to full price.
Registration includes: display space, education sessions, networking opportunities and two boxed lunches per booth on Saturday.
Registration DOES NOT include Accommodations. (See Below)
Registered exhibitors may attend the social evening Saturday night at the Axe Lounge.
There will be no refund for cancellations.
Exhibitors must agree to assume all liabilities for loss, damage or injuries related to their products being exhibited.
